We import only the freshest, hand selected raw coffee beans.
The green beans arrive in huge burlap sacks from ten selected origins.
We then roast each bean variety individually, to the proper depth
of
flavor for that particular type of bean.
Some are better lightly roasted,
others deliver their purest flavor when dark roasted to the perfect
intensity of color, which brings out the robust flavor and richness of
the bean without imparting bitterness. The beans are then cooled and
placed to breathe until ready to be selected as a component of our
unique 100% coffee blends.
We offer fresh roasted varieties of coffee from ten selected points
of origin, as well as our custom House Blends. . . ready to ship
